Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. If you need to make changes or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. You may be eligible for a refund or reshipment if:

  1. You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery period (45 days, excluding 2-5 day processing time).
  2. You receive an incorrect or defective item that does not match your order.

Please Note: Refunds and returns are not available for Inventec bats.

If you choose to return an item because you no longer want it, please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition. Returns in this case must be at your own expense.

Exclusions from Refund:

  • We do not issue refunds if the order fails to arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • We do not issue refunds for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as customs delays or natural disasters.

Conditions for Returns

Items eligible for return must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Any product seals should remain intact.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used items, items with damaged packaging, missing tags, or accessories.
  • Inventec cricket bats, as they feature artificial grains and are crafted for specific customer requirements. By purchasing Inventec bats, you acknowledge these terms and accept that these bats are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What Makes a Product Eligible for Return?

  • The item received is not what you ordered.
  • The item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or does not match its description.

What Are the Conditions for Returning an Item?

  • The item should be in its original condition and must not be used.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories should be intact and included.
  • Any seals on the product (if applicable) should remain unopened.

How Long After Delivery Can I Submit a Return Claim?

  • For Sports Equipment: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • For Sports Accessories & Supplements: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

What Is the Return Process?

  2. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us through a recognized courier service.
  3. Notify Us: Inform our Customer Service team via phone or email once the item has been shipped.

How Long Does the Refund Process Take?

Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Inspection Team will evaluate it within 7 working days. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days through your preferred method:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cross-cheque
  • Credit card reversal

Can I Request a Replacement Instead of a Refund?

Yes, if you prefer a replacement, please inform our Customer Service team. We will check for availability and arrange for a replacement once your returned item has been received and validated.

What Happens If My Return Is Not Approved?

If your return request does not meet our policy requirements, our Customer Service team will contact you with an explanation. The item will then be shipped back to you.
